Aaron Johnson
Aaron was born in 1965 and grew up in rural Sheridan, Missouri. He learned the values of hard work and responsibility helping his father and grandfather on the family farm. Aaron graduated summa cum laude in 1987 from Northwest Missouri State University, with majors in economics and finance. After college he worked for the F.D.I.C. as a bank examiner, where he met his eventual law partner, David Summers. Aaron received his law degree in 1991 from Washington University, located in St. Louis, Missouri. Due to his efforts in law school, Aaron graduated 3rd in his class academically at Washington University.
Aaron continued his "top of the class" approach from law school into the practice of law. He has received the highest ratings in legal ability and ethical standards by his fellow lawyers (see his peer-review rating on www.martindale.com/company/ratings.html).
Aaron represents individuals who have been injured by car and truck crashes, medical malpractice, defective pharmaceuticals and products, toxic chemicals, and other forms of negligence. Aaron also represents employees with sexual harassment, illegal discrimination, and other employment claims.
When not working, Aaron likes to spend his free time outdoors with one or more of his four children fishing, camping, or hunting.
David G. Summers
David was born in Belleville, Kansas in 1963, and grew up in Abilene, Kansas. From junior high school through college, David worked as a laborer building swimming pools for McKee's Pools in Abilene. David graduated in 1985 from Kansas State University with a business degree. From 1985 until 1988, David worked as a bank examiner for the F.D.I.C. In 1991, David received his law degree from The University of Kansas. One of the achievements he is most proud of during law school was co-founding the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy, http://www.law.ku.edu/journal/, a publication that provides a forum for discussing what the law should be, rather than what it is.
David represents individuals who have been injured by toxic chemicals, defective pharmaceuticals and products, car and truck crashes, medical malpractice, and nursing home negligence. David is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA), an organization dedicated to protecting the rights of injured people. You can learn more about ATLA by visiting its website at http://www.atlanet.org/.
David spends his spare time working outside, trail running, climbing in the mountains, coaching his kids’ softball and baseball teams, and playing in a misunderstood rock band.
